Margaret Fiedler

Margaret  E. Fiedler, 90, of Logansport passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at 1:30 am in the  McKinney Place.

Born Jan. 8, 1925 in Cass County to the late Carl and Marie “Gibson” Campbell. In 1945 she married Jay Jones who preceded in death in 1980 and on July 17, 1984 she married Lewis E. Fiedler who also preceded her in death on May 29, 1987.

Margaret was a former farmer’s wife and a homemaker.  She had also formerly worked at Bonnell’s Grocery, Royal Center Locker Plant and Switches. She was a member of the Royal Center Baptist  Christian Church and attended the Main Street United Methodist Church in Logansport.

Survivors include one son, Jerry (Valerie) Jones, Royal Center; three grandchildren, Sandra (Christopher) Delp, Royal Center; Kristie (Corey) Mann, Peoria, IL; lance (Sarah) Hartle, Delphi; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Three sisters, Evelyn Williams, Jean Raisor and Ann Horniman, all preceded in death.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, January 29, 2015 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Damon Soper officiating . Burial will follow in the Kistler Cemetery near Royal center.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5 – 8 pm in the Gundrum Funeral Home
