Pauline J. Field, 86, of Twelve Mile, passed away on Sunday May 1, 2016 at her residence.

Born March 5, 1930 in Winamac, IN, she was the daughter to the late John and Hazel (Collins) Engels.

Pauline was a homemaker. She enjoyed antique tractors with her husband and was an avid sports fan. At the age of 14 she began playing the piano and the organ at Winamac Church and continued to play for the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church until she retired at the age of 80. She was member and Elder of the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church and served on various committees. When she was younger she was active in the   4-H and the County Band.

On February 27, 1955 in Winamac, IN she married Harold E. Field who preceded in death October 26, 2005.

Surviving are four daughters, Karyn (Richard) Gundrum, Logansport; Kathy (Tony) Conti, Winamac, IN; Kay Hines, Logansport; Karla (John) Roy, Columbia City, IN; two sons, John (Brenda) Field, Twelve Mile, IN; Jerry Field and companion Kathy McCloskey, Twelve Mile, IN; eleven grandchildren, Emma Gundrum, Aubrae (Chris) Dunifon, Landon Conti, Seth Field, Megan (Evan) Long, Ethan Hines, McKenzie Hines, Brayton Roy, Brock Roy and Bryce Roy; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

One sister, Gloria Staddon, preceded in death.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30AM on Friday May 6, 2016 at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Darlene DeHaai officiating. Burial will follow in Fulton Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2:00PM till 7:00PM on Thursday May 5, 2016 at Gundrum Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Bethlehem Presbyterian Church or Special Olympics.
