Ricky Hughes

Ricky E. Hughes, 61 of Logansport, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 in his residence.

Born on October 9, 1955 in Noblesville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Bruce Hughes and Lucy Moon.  Ricky had worked for Primco Construction for over 30 years. He was a member of the Son’s of American Legion Post #60 for over twenty-five years.

Surviving Ricky is a daughter, Heather (Jimmy) Conrad, Lucerne; son, Heath (Amanda Howard) Hughes, Logansport; grandchildren, Mercedes Conrad; Santana Conrad; Braxton Conrad; Avery Hughes; four sisters, Rhonda (Mike) Jones, North Vernon, IN; Rita (Joe) Boyd; Sue (Jay) Gordon; Bert (Bill) Sturgeon, all of Logansport; brother, Roy (Karen) Hughes, Logansport; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step brother, Scott Frank; and step father, Dale Frank.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 5, 2016 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Kelly Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from Noon until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Cass County Humane Society.
