Jo Gingrich

Jo Marie Gingrich, 68, of Logansport, passed away Saturday October 13, 2018 at 11:50 pm in Millers Merry Manor.

Born February 16, 1950 in Logansport to the late Joseph A. and Alice E. (Rogers) Vivian. On May 15, 1982 in Logansport she married William C. Gingrich who preceded in death November 14, 1987.

Jo retired from Logansport Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of All Saint’s Catholic Church, an avid reader, enjoyed beading, driving by Sycamore to see the flavor of the day and spending time with her fur babies, family and friends.

Survivors include one daughter, Shandra L. (Quinten) Jenkins, Plano, TX; two grandchildren, Quinn and Sage Jenkins, Plano, TX; three Step sons, Dan (Peggy) Gingrich, Logansport; Paul (Kim) Gingrich, Belleville, NY; Larry (Mary) Gingrich, Valparaiso, IN; one sister, Marilyn Leach, Hammond, LA; close friend, Patty Duschene; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

One step daughter, Janet Mullineaux and one step daughter in law, Nancy Gringrich, preceded in death.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 18, 2018 in the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel. A burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the Mt Hope Cemetery Chapel.
