Sue Kaufman

Sue Ann Kaufman, 79, of Logansport, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born on November 12, 1939 in Logansport, she was the daughter to the late Paul A. and Grace (Carrier) Viney.  On October 20, 1979 in Royal Center she married Eugene “Gene” O. Kaufman who preceded in death November 9, 2006.

Sue retired from Federal Mogul in 2002 after 28 years of service. She was a life member of the V.F.W. Post 3790 and American Legion Post 60 Ladies Auxiliary, Logansport Niddee Shrine Guild and Royal Center Eastern Star Lodge 375.

Surviving is a daughter, Debra Metz of Logansport, IN; three Step Sons, Eugene (Marcie) Kaufman of Augusta, KS, Cary (Angie) Kaufman of Logansport, IN, Patrick Kaufman of Logansport, IN; Step Daughter, Tina (Rick) Titus of Logansport, IN; two granddaughters, Karlie (Michael) Graves of Camden, IN, Kayla Cottrell of Redford, MI; 10 Step Grandchildren; 2 Step Great Grandchildren; several Nieces & Nephews, one great grandson, Beckham Graves of Camden, IN.

Preceded in death by father, Paul A. Viney, mother, Grace Viney, husband, Eugene "Gene" O. Kaufman,  three sisters, Patricia L. Crispen, Jean Huddleston and Mary B. Cripe,  six brothers, Gerald Viney, Robert Viney, Lewis Viney, Gilbert Viney, Merle Viney and  Richard Viney .

A funeral service for Sue will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday March 18, 2019 at Gundrum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Walton I.O.O.F Cemetery, Walton.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.
