Oh, our Poofy Coop Doggie-Dogg,

you filled a space in our hearts we weren't even aware we had.. but today was our first time to go "bye-bye" with you and return home without you. To open the door minus your cheerful welcome was more difficult than we fathomed. We miss you already, good boy. We are grateful for our time with you. You run free now; & bark incessantly as much as you choose. We won't ask you not to wake Daddy anymore.
