Edna M. Spencer, 80, of Logansport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 20, 2017 in her daughter’s residence.
Born March 5, 1937 in Lebanon, Missouri she was the daughter to the late Roy Lee and Juanita (Garrett) Knight.
On October 19, 1957 in Waynesville, Missouri she married Bobby Gene Spencer who preceded in death on December 15, 2008.
Edna was a homemaker and a member of the V.F.W Post #3790 and Ladies Auxiliary. Edna was a fabulous mom, loving wife and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and had visited forty eight states. She also enjoyed bingo and visiting the Casino’s.
Surviving are two sons, Mike (Sherry) Spencer, Logansport; Kelly (Teresa) Spencer, Logansport; three daughters, Toni (Don) Seward, Logansport; Tammy Primmer, New Port Richey, FL; Bobbi (Kevin) Callaway, Logansport; ten grandchildren all from Logansport, Kelly Shively, Shane Michael, Kayla McFarland, Jonathan Spencer, Stephanie Spencer, Steven Seward, Mikel Seward, Matt Callaway, Malinda Callaway, Kaleigh Callaway; several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, four sisters, Leitha Lawson, Lebanon, MO; Lena (Don) Milliman, Liberty, MO; Donna Lawson, Lebanon, MO; Reta (Jeff) Hank, Camdenton, MO; and one brother, Roy Lee Knight, Lebanon, MO.
One grandson, Blake Callaway, one granddaughter, Megan Seward and two brothers, James and Larry Knight, preceded in death.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday June 23, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Gundrum Funeral Home with son’s Mike and Kelly Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
