Heather S. Titus, 33, of Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday December 20, 2017.

Born on February 16, 1984 in Logansport, IN she was the daughter to Ron Eskildsen and Shannon (Ervin) See.

On February 12, 2010 in Logansport she married Nicholas W. Titus at LifeGate Church.

Heather worked at the Chrysler transmission plant in Kokomo. She graduated from Logansport High School in 2003. Heather was an artist and devoted mother. The most important things in her life were her children, her husband and her family.

Surviving along with her husband Nick and her parents are two children, Austin and Brooklyn Titus, Kokomo, IN; one brother, Shane (Jackie) Eskildsen, Logansport; one sister, Patience See, Logansport; step father, Scott See, Deedsville, IN; maternal grandmother, Joyce Dalton, Logansport; maternal grandfather, Larry (Louise) Ervin, Monticello, IN; paternal grandparents, Richard (Louise) Eskildsen, Logansport; two aunts, Susan Eskildsen, Logansport; Michelle (Nathan) Allen, Logansport; one uncle, Matthew (Tina) Ervin, Logansport; mother-in-law, Lori Monroe, TN; sister-in-law, Mandy Hollingsworth, Bunker Hill, IN; three brother-in-laws, Brock (Macey) Titus, Kokomo, IN; Lucas Titus, Logansport; Tyler Monroe, Logansport; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday December 26, 2017 in Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Andy Weil Officiating. Burial will follow in Walton I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Walton, IN.

Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service on Tuesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
