Kenneth John Oravsky

Kenneth John Oravsky, 78, of Logansport, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024, in Woodbridge Health Campus of Logansport.
Born on March 10, 1946, in Schenectady, New York to the late Anthony and Evaline (Quick) Oravsky. On October 21, 1976, in Carson City, NV he married Sandra Pearlman who preceded in death on June 10, 2021.
Ken was a member of the New Life Alliance Church, A Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Eugene A. Green DD711 and was a retired Master Electrician for Essroc Cement Plant. 
Survivors include one son, Johnny Oravsky of Lafayette, IN; one daughter, Kristen Williamson of Logansport, IN; four grandsons, Justin Shelton, Matthew Shelton, Josiaha Resendez and Tristan Brown; one granddaughter, Abby Williamson; one sister, Dorothea Nixon of DE; one brother, Joseph (Bonnie) Oravsky of SC.
Ken was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Oravsky.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, May 13, 2024, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Mooney officiating. A burial, with full military rites, will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the time of service on Monday.
