Lou Ann Holcomb

Lou Ann Holcomb, 67, of Logansport, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025.

Born on July 28, 1958, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late James “Jim” Dillman and Phyllis (Bricker) Dillman.

On February 12, 1989, she married the love of her life, James “Bruce” Holcomb. Together they shared thirty-six wonderful years filled with laughter, devotion, and countless memories. Lou Ann and Bruce built a beautiful life centered around faith, family, and friendship. Whether spending quiet evenings together, gathering with loved ones, or hosting family dinners, their bond was one of deep love.

Lou Ann was a graduate of Logansport High School and was employed for many years at Kauffman Engineering. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved her family above all else.

A strong Christian woman, Lou Ann attended Clymers Church and Main Street Church and lived her faith through kindness, strength, and compassion. She had a huge heart and a fighter’s spirit, always putting others before herself. She loved spending time with her family, especially during Sunday dinners and game nights. She enjoyed playing board games, outings to Treeces, and cherished every moment shared with those she loved most.

Surviving with her husband, Bruce, are her sons, Jamie Dillman and Braxton Holcomb; sister, Patricia Thompson; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her immensely.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Phyllis Dillman.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 28, 2025, at Gundrum Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Clymers Cemetery.
