Ray L. Lincoln III, 11, of Logansport, passed away Saturday August 4, 2018 in his residence surrounded by his family, following a 2 year battle with cancer.
Born February 18, 2007 in Logansport, he is the son to Ray L. Lincoln II and Heather (Morrow) Lincoln.
Lil’ Ray loved playing video games, panda bears, swimming for the Cass County Seals, listening to music, watching youtube, Flash and NCIS. Ray was a kind hearted prankster and never wanted to disappoint anyone in his life. He loved attending Franklin Elementary and enjoyed being with all of his friends and staff members. His biggest fan was his mom, whenever he needed comfort, it could be found in the arms of his mother.
Surviving along with his parents is one brother, Austin Lincoln, Logansport; three sisters, Shaelyn, Taylor and Tiara Lincoln, Logansport; Paternal grandfather, Ray Sr. (Diana) Lincoln, Logansport; Paternal grandmother, Alice Lincoln, Logansport; Maternal grandparents, Randy and Rhonetta Alcorn, Logansport; aunts and uncles, Chris Lincoln; Randy Alcorn II; Melissa Lincoln; Tara (Aram) Batchelor; Jean Mills; Megan (Ryan) Jones; several cousins; best friends, Scott Loman and Anthony Yike.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Kelly Spencer officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 also in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Riley’s Children’s Hospital Oncology, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
