Carol Foster

Carol E. Foster, 69, of Logansport, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Logansport.

Born on January 16, 1952 in Kokomo, IN, she is the daughter to the late Herbert O. and Mary L. (Caine) Karns.  On September 25, 1999 in Logansport, she married Larry D. Foster who preceded in death on January 20, 2005.

Carol worked as a private home health care worker. She enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters, Tammie (James) Riedl of Barberton, OH; Julie (Louis Finney) Teachworth of Rochester, IN; son, David Wireman of Logansport; three sisters, Marianne (Steve) Berkshire of Camden, IN; Linda Snoeberger, of Buffalo, IN; Shirley (Roderick) Wright of Findlay, OH; one brother, Jack (Val) Karns, Logansport; nine grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday April 18, 2021 in The Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Snyder officiating. A private burial will be held in the Rock Creek Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from noon until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
