Dale Flatt

Dale E. Flatt, 75, of Logansport passed away Thursday Sept. 19, 2019 in Chase Center.

Born June 24, 1944 in Logansport to the late Nathaniel H. and Mary Louise (Lamb) Flatt.

On December 30, 1977 in Henderson, TN he married Barbara A. Rouse who survives.

Dale retired from Exide Battery Corp. after 33 years of service.

Dale was a people person and never knew a stranger. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors, including his wife are three daughters, Autumn M. Gibbs, Kokomo; Salem (Jerry) Rehwald and Brittany Flatt, both of Logansport; one son, Jonathan B. Flatt, Indianapolis; seven grandchildren, Taylor Rehwald, Mason Gibbs, Olivia Flatt, Mia Rehwald, Noah Flatt, Sydney Gibbs and Ellie Flatt.

A celebration of life will be held 10:30 am Tuesday September 24, 2019 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Bault officiating. Burial, will full military rites by the Cass County Honor Guard, will follow in the Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 3 – 7 pm Monday September 23, 2019  in The Gundrum Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the One Warrior Foundation in memory of Dale.
