Danny Pickering

Danny L. Pickering, 68, of Logansport, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

Born on September 13, 1952 in Logansport, he is the son to the late Wayne Lee and Helen (Wingler) Pickering.  Danny was an electrician and had worked for Engineering Aggregates and Central Paving.

Danny was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War.

Surviving Danny are three sons, Nicholas Pickering of Walton; Tim (Leslie) Pickering of Flora; Michael Pickering of Plainfield; three grandchildren, Lacey Pickering, Lannon Pickering and Layton Pickering; four brothers, David Pickering of Walton; Ronnie (Carolyn) Pickering of Tipton; Earl (Doris) Pickering of Logansport; Wayne (Melissa) Pickering of Tipton; sister, Deloris (Mike) McKinley of Logansport.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Pickering and a sister, Patricia McDaniel.

A funeral service for Danny will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating. Military Rites will be preformed by the Cass County Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.
