Darrell Bowder

Darrell Eugene Bowder, 57 of Peru, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo.

Born on June 14, 1962 in Glasgow, Montana, he is the son to the late John D. and Shelby (Bourne) Bowder.   Darrell loved camping, fishing, darts, sprint car racing and spending time with his family. He also adored his dogs Bandit and Obie.

Surviving are three sisters, Billie (Ricky) Renn, Peru; Penny M. (Harvey) Engel, Peru; Kathy L. (Chuck) Tolley-Zinn, Climax Springs, MO; brother, John D.S. (Angela) Bowder, NM; two sons, Nicholas Bowder, Douglas Bowder; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie J. Owens.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Ever-Rest Memorial Park Chapel with Rev. Rick Tolley officiating.  Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from noon until time of service Friday, December 20, 2019 also at the cemetery.
