Terry Walker

Terry L. Walker, 71, of Logansport, passed away at 2:13 pm Friday Oct. 5, 2018 in St. Vincent Hospital of Indianapolis.

Born August 8, 1947 in Logansport to the late Bill and Mavis (Harmon) Walker. On May 14, 1999 in Peru he married Janette M. Hargie who survives.

Terry was retired from A. Raymond Tinnerman Company and was a US Army Veteran.  He loved old cars, trucks and Harley’s but loved nothing more than being in his garage tinkering around and loved spending time with his family. He also loved woodworking and making, rocking horses and doll houses with Hannah and Peri.

Other survivors include two sons, Wade (Stephine) Walker, Logansport; Chad (Corina) Walker, Logansport; two step daughters, Caren Hargie, Shelbyville; Linda (Brad) Barlow, Logansport; three brothers, Dave Walker, Logansport; Joe (Bobbi Jo) Walker, Logansport; Matt Walker, Delphi; four sisters, Kathy (Rich) Rush, Walton; Gay (Doyle) Robinson, Whitestown; Connie Walker, Logansport; Chris Walker; several grandchildren, Kristie Weddng, Jordyn Osborn, Darren Osborn, Corissa Singleton, Austin Day, Mark Linton and Andrew Linton;  several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his dog Harley.

One brother, Bill Walker, one sister-in-law, Joy Walker, and one step grandchild, Brooke Day, preceded in death.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 4 – 6 pm Tuesday October 9, 2018 in the Gundrum Funeral Home. Terry was not a dress up kind of guy so please dress casual, such as jeans, tee shirts, boots and hats.
